Contact us
For help with your account, the driver app, jobs and shifts, vehicles, or a privacy request, contact the Aetrify support team. Please include your name, your company and a short description of the issue.
To request deletion of your account and personal data, contact us with the subject “Account deletion”. We may ask for information to verify your identity.
Aetrify is not an emergency service. For incidents during a shift, contact the responsible operator directly, and call 112 in an emergency.
