Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 4 November 2026
1. Who these terms apply to
These terms govern the Aetrify service (“Aetrify,” “we” or “us”). You can contact us through our Support page. These terms cover the Aetrify company web portal and driver mobile app. They apply to companies and fleet operators, their authorised staff, and professional drivers who use the service.
By accepting these terms, you agree to them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. A company must manage access for its staff and remove access when it is no longer needed.
2. What Aetrify does
Aetrify provides tools to find drivers, post jobs, coordinate shifts, manage vehicles and record operational activity. Companies can set flexible times and pickup or drop-off locations, or divide one job into separate shifts. Drivers can share availability, review assignments and submit shift records through the app. Aetrify does not provide passenger ride booking through these services.
The company and driver are responsible for agreeing who engages the driver, the nature of the engagement, compensation, working hours and applicable obligations. A platform label or assignment does not determine anyone’s employment status. Companies are responsible for confirming that drivers and vehicles meet applicable requirements before work begins. Aetrify’s platform checks help with screening but do not replace those obligations.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information and keep it current. Protect your account credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Drivers and companies must hold the permissions, licences and insurance required for their activities and notify affected parties if eligibility changes. Only submit documents and personal data that you are authorised to provide.
4. Jobs, shifts and vehicle handovers
Companies are responsible for accurate job details, including eligibility, compensation where applicable, time windows, each shift slot, and pickup and return instructions. Companies assign drivers through the portal. A driver’s availability or expression of interest does not by itself create a confirmed assignment. Before work starts, both parties should check the confirmed details and resolve discrepancies. Material changes should be communicated promptly and agreed where required.
Follow agreed vehicle handover and reporting instructions. Report incidents, defects or missing keys promptly to the responsible operator. Aetrify is not an emergency service. Keep accurate shift, mileage and vehicle condition records. The operator remains responsible for checking records and meeting its legal recordkeeping duties.
5. Vehicle rentals
Companies can use the rental module to list or request vehicles. Before handover, the parties must confirm the vehicle, authorised drivers, rental period, price, deposit, insurance and excess, permitted use, pickup and return conditions, and responsibility for damage, fines and late return. The agreed rental terms should be recorded in writing. An enquiry alone does not confirm a booking.
6. Charges and payments
Any charge payable to Aetrify must be disclosed in the applicable order or pricing terms before commitment. Driver compensation and rental charges are governed by the relevant agreement. Displayed earnings or booking amounts do not establish that money has been collected or paid.
7. Use of the service
Do not impersonate another person, falsify documents or records, misuse another person’s data, post unlawful or misleading content, or interfere with the service. Only access operational information for authorised work purposes. You retain rights to your submissions and allow Aetrify to use them as needed to provide the service and share them with authorised recipients as described in the Privacy Policy. The service and its branding remain the property of Aetrify or its licensors.
8. Access restrictions and closure
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, safety or security risks, invalid credentials, unlawful content or a material breach. Where practicable and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a way to request review. Contact us through our Support page to report misuse, dispute a restriction or request account closure.
9. Responsibility and disputes
Aetrify is responsible for providing the platform in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Companies and drivers remain responsible for their own services, employment or contractor arrangements, rental obligations and conduct. Map information, availability and status updates can be delayed or incomplete; confirm time-critical details directly with the responsible party.
Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes and contact
We will explain material changes and give any notice required by law or agreement. Where new acceptance is required, we will request it before the revised terms apply. For questions or complaints, contact us through our Support page. Read our Privacy Policy.
